PURPOSE

The purpose of East Rochester Youth Football and Cheerleading goes beyond the game—it’s about shaping character, building athletic skills, and strengthening community connections. Athletes learn perseverance, leadership, and sportsmanship in a supportive environment. Every practice and performance is a step toward lifelong confidence and teamwork.

FOOTBALL

Flag: Grades K-2

C-Team: Grades 3-4

B-Team: Grades 5-6

Athletes will be provided a uniform and equipment to be returned at the end of the season but may keep uniform socks and team T-shirt. Items to be purchased separately include cleats, mouth guard, and athletic supporter.

East Rochester collaborates with Gananda to build the Bomber football teams you support from this youth program through varsity.

CHEERLEADING

Athletes will be provided a uniform, warm up jacket, and backpack to be returned at the end of the season but may keep bow, team T-shirt, and joggers. Items to be purchased separately include shoes and socks.

VOLUNTEER - BE PART OF THE ACTION!

Great plays start with great volunteers. As a volunteer-led program, we rely on people to keep the momentum going to make lasting memories for our youth. Step in, lend a hand, and help make this great season possible.

Concessions

Feed hungry fans by serving tasty treats, and keeping the snack line moving. There is lots of support (and fun) in the concession stand!

Play Clock

Keep the game flowing by managing the play clock between plays. It’s a simple but important role that gives you a front-row seat.

Score Board

Operateing the score board is an easy volunteer role essential to game day. It comes with an awesome view of all the action and training.

Chains (away games only)

Keep the game moving one first down at a time! You’ll work the sideline moving the chains and down marker while enjoying a front-row view of all the action. No experience needed—we’ll show you everything you need to know.

50/50 Raffle & Merch

Support our young athletes as they work the 50/50 raffle or help hold down the merch table. Either way, it's easy to soak up the team spirit and game-day buzz!
